USAY Sports welcomes Ashton Hatch

We are very excited to announce that Ashton Hatch has joined the USAY Sports / USSSA Southeast team on a full time basis.

As Director of Team Relations, she wants to hear from you. As the new season begins we want get your feedback, so we will be contacting you soon. We are here to assist you with any questions, help you register for events, fill out rosters, etc. She will also be overseeing the USAY Sports & USSSA Southeast Social Media programs, where we plan to add more information, photos and videos of each event online. Finally she will help coordinate tournaments and college showcase events.Many of you already know Ashton as she has worked and directed various local, state and national events for the past 10 years in the summer during her collegiate playing and coaching career.

BIO: Ashton was an All-State Florida High School Pitcher and a NCAA Division I standout at University of Tennessee Martin where she earned a BA in Education and Behavioral Sciences Following her playing career, she became pitching & assistant coach at Union University, where she received her Masters Degree in Sports Administration. In her two years at Union she helped coach the Bulldogs to a 87-17 record, their 1st Conference Title in 10 years and a berth to the National Tournament. Following her second season she was offered a College Head Coaching position but opted to return to Florida with her husband Chris to settle down and start a family. For the past three years she has been a teacher and Head Softball Coach at Fort Walton Beach High School before joining our team full time in July. Ashton continues to coach and give private lessons in the Fort Walton Beach area. She is married to Chris Hatch and they have a 1yr old daughter (Addison).
