USSSA RANKINGS & POINTS
EARNING POINTS
Teams earn points while playing in USAY SPORTS / USSSA Tournaments. Teams accumulate points throughout the season. These points are used to seed teams in the State Tournament and also in USSSA World Series. The more tournaments a team participates in and the higher they place, the better seed for the State Tournament and World Series. Teams may also receive points for participating in USSSA Sanctioned Leagues.

QUALIFYING TOURNAMENTS
Teams that participate in a Qualifier automatically qualifIes to participate in the USSSA State Tournament.
USSSA NIT TOURNAMENTS
These tournaments are the top of the line in USSSA Tournaments. These events offer more World Series/National Championship Berths. All teams that participate in a NIT automatically qualify to participate in the USSSA State Tournament. NIT Tournament awards much higher points then a State Qualifying Tournament or a World Series Qualifier.​
